AGM: A Team Approach
Being injured hurts, but there is no need for the the road to recovery to be painful and lonely. At AGM we believe that the best results come from teamwork. To be effective the patient and the therapist must work together, and listen to one another. Healing takes time and an understanding of the injury. Physical therapists at AGM not only help their patients get better, but through education about the injury they help them understand it and learn how to overcome and prevent it from happening again. Each patient is given personal attention by a highly qualified staff member who will devise an effective course of physical therapy and lead the patient on the path to wellness.
Once on the path to wellness, AGM can help you continue to reach your goal through a supervised, personalized, treatment plan. Staff are available to assist you in strength training and fitness routines which will strengthen your body and help stave off future injury.

Started in 2004, AGM Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy practice, located in Lake County, Ohio. From the first office in Concord, AGM has grown to include a second office in Madison (2006), and a satellite office in a Concord medical building (2007).
